I warmly invite you to a nourishing summer evening of heart-opening cacao, meditation, gentle breath work, a healing Alchemy Crystal Sound Bath, and the joy of connection. This is a space to pause, soften, and reconnect to land in the beauty of the present moment. 

Together we will journey into the heart space through cacao and meditation. We awaken our unique flow of energy with somatic movement and gentle breath work to gently land in the body before being embraced by the healing vibrations of the mesmerising Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.

What to expect during the summer evening retreat

A sacred space to reset, realign, and return to the beauty of the present moment 

~ Connect with the medicine of ceremonial cacao and set intentions 

 ~ Awaken your body and energy system
Begin with somatic practices, selected breathing techniques, and meditation ~ to drop from your head into your body, open inner pathways, activate vitality, and quiet the thinking mind.

~ Guided into stillness and conscious rest
With your breath and sound as the gateway, you are led into deep relaxation while lying supported by cushions and blankets.

~ Receive healing crystal sound
Experience the resonant waves of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls ~ infused with gemstones, precious metals, and rare minerals their vibrations flowing through body, mind, and spirit to balance energy centres and release blockages.

Tips for Your Session

~Dress warmly and comfortably. 

~Consider bringing your own blanket or shawl for extra cosiness and comfort.

~ Avoid eating heavily or drinking coffee beforehand.
