women Soundbath training retreat
This training is designed as a deep and intimate experience, where we will be surrounded by the sound and vibration of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls for five consecutive days. In a small women’s group setting, we will explore sound and sound healing, its effects on the nervous system, and of course how to play the bowls, how to hold space, and how to offer full sound bath sessions.
We will be working with a comprehensive 100-page sound healing manual and a generous pool of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to practice with. Alongside the training hours, there will be spacious time to rest, integrate, and recharge, or continue exploring and connecting with the Alchemy Bowls.
This immersion is both a training and a retreat in one ~ including sound baths, a cacao ceremony, sauna and cold plunge, time by the fireplace, and plenty of moments to simply be and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding us.
A wonderful chef will be taking care of us with nourishing, delicious food throughout our stay.
If you feel called to deepen your understanding of sound healing while being held in a nourishing retreat space, you are warmly welcome to join this immersion.
This training is open to everyone (women only) and will take place near Utrecht, at Grounded Roots, a wonderful retreat center in Maarn, surrounded from forest and a beautiful lake.
To maintain a deeply intimate and held group space, there are only six spots available.

Terms & Conditions:
~ Deposit of 500,00 EURO not refundable
~ Rest Amount is due 8 weeks before the training starts
~ More than 60 days before the retreat: 100% refund (minus the €500 deposit)
~ Within 60 days: 50% refund (minus the €500 deposit)
~ Within 14 days: no refund
~ By booking this training, I agree that playing and using the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls is at my own risk
